Decisions that took days

Automatic
What used to require consultations, approvals and follow-up now happens at the right moment, with the right information.
We apply AI in the only sequence that works: first we put your data and processes in order. Then we build the systems that make them run on their own.

Most who try, fail.
We know exactly why.

Not because the technology doesn't work. Because they start from the wrong side.
Data is scattered — in spreadsheets, in people's heads, in systems that don't talk to each other. Processes aren't mapped: no one fully knows how things actually get done. A tool, a copilot, an agent gets bought. No one uses it. It ends up being another expense.
The problem isn't AI. It's reaching AI without first fixing what comes before it.

The method
Every project moves in the same order. Each phase leaves something working before moving to the next.
We audit data, processes and systems. We map bottlenecks, dependencies and quick wins.
We define what gets built, in what order, and the metrics that will measure impact.
We integrate it into your operation until it runs in a stable, repeatable way.
The system keeps running without us. You measure the impact and decide the next step.
Judgment
Many business problems are solved by connecting systems well and tidying up the flows, without adding a model. We pick the simplest layer that solves the problem, not the flashiest one.
We connect the systems you already use so information flows without copy-paste. It's the foundation everything else rests on.
With data connected, repetitive tasks and decisions run on their own, with clear, traceable rules.
When the problem justifies it, we add models and agents to bring judgment where rules fall short.
Every token has a cost and a complexity. It's only worth it when the structure underneath is well designed.
We don't tie impact to one specific area. Every project is different, but these are the patterns of change that show up again and again when processes, data and technology start working together.

Automatic
What used to require consultations, approvals and follow-up now happens at the right moment, with the right information.
Before
Manual processes
After
Run on their own
Repetitive tasks stop depending on people and become part of a reliable, automated flow.
Before
Scattered data
After
A single source of truth
CRM, ERP, emails, spreadsheets and isolated tools connect into a common structure that lets you decide with precision.
Before
Overwhelmed teams
After
Freed-up capacity
The team stops firefighting and recovers time to analyze, improve and make decisions.
You pay for the result, not for a consultant's hours. Every project has KPIs defined before it starts.
We work inside your operation until the system runs on its own. No PowerPoints in between.
We build all three layers: data, processes and agents. That's why our work gets adopted, not abandoned.
About us
Push N Pull started by building digital products: websites, e-commerce, management platforms, mobile apps, automations and integrations. Over time we worked alongside startups, family businesses, growing companies and large organizations.
Every project left us with a pattern: an organization's biggest problems are rarely technological. They almost always appear in the processes, in how information flows, in coordination between teams, or in the difficulty of turning strategy into execution. So we stopped focusing only on building technology and started understanding how companies actually work.

We don't only build solutions for our clients. We also invest time, capital and knowledge in building our own companies: we launch startups, develop products from scratch, validate business models and face the same challenges as the organizations we work with.
Technology doesn't create value on its own. Value appears when it's combined with clear processes, reliable information and aligned teams.
Today we don't define ourselves as a software factory, an automation agency or a tech consultancy. We're a transformation partner, and our work starts long before choosing a tool.
Only then do we define the best solution for each organization: sometimes an automation, sometimes an integration, sometimes a new way of working or an internal platform. Often, a combination. Our commitment isn't to a technology. It's to the outcome.
In the coming years, every area of a company will adopt technology and artificial intelligence as a natural part of its work — from HR to Finance, from Operations to Marketing or Legal. The teams that learn to work alongside technology will have an enormous advantage.
That's why we help build the foundations of that transformation:
The future doesn't belong to the companies that buy the most tools. It belongs to those that learn, adapt and evolve faster.
Frequently asked questions
We improve how your company operates by integrating systems, automating processes, building digital products and deploying AI agents where they truly add value.
We don't hand over PowerPoints or charge by the hour. We work inside your operation until the system runs on its own, with KPIs defined before we start.
You don't have to arrive organized — that's part of our first layer. We connect systems and tidy processes first; AI comes as the last layer, when the problem justifies it.
Four phases: diagnosis, planning, implementation and autonomy. Each phase leaves something working before moving to the next, until the system operates without us.
